SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We can ship our products worldwide but if you have any doubts before placing any order, please inform us through mail to get accurate information about the delivery process. Regarding delivery information you can mail us at sales@jewelpinindia.com.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

International shipping charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount. SHIPPING TIME:

All the goods purchased by you will be shipped within 15 to 45 days after placing the order, the duration may be increased in some cases. We will try to give you an estimate delivery date once your order is placed and reviewed by our manufacturing team.

PLEASE NOTE:

All orders will be sent only after customs clearance. Shipping charges may vary and depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. For remote area shipping please mail us before placing the order.

As is the case with International Shipping, VAT, GST or any duties and taxes will be applicable as per the rules and regulations of customer’s country and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to customer by our logistic partner at the time of delivery of goods and that will be payable by customer. (If any)

You are invited to pay from any currency but due to international acceptance we accept in US$.

CONDITIONS:

Shipping is totally based upon the availability of goods and bulk order or delayed payment can affect the production and shipping also. We aim to dispatch all orders within 15 to 45 working days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 50 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of the first payment being made. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within the prescribed timeline of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within prescribed working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. We will deduct the proportionate amount of the part of the order that you have already shipped, if any. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We do not provide live tracking for the shipping parcel.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please call us or mail us regarding the same and do not forget to mention your order reference number. Although the logistic company will be responsible for the same but we shall try our best to ensure for a proper solution at the earliest.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient. Recipient needs to keep an identity proof of along with the required documents.

INSURANCE:

VALENTINE SILVER insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then we will accept a signature ID by recipient as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
